Classes in Oakland, CA
Offering Gentle Yoga classes every Monday 7PM at Temple Beth Abraham in Oakland. These classes are open to everyone, regardless of experience level. Come and join.
Please plan to arrive at least 5 minutes early, so we can start on time.
The class will last one hour. Please bring a yoga mat; you may also bring a light blanket, but it's not required.
The class is offered with a suggested donation of $5.
Gentle Yoga
Gentle yoga is not necessarily easy or difficult. Its goal is to create a connection between the body and mind, emphasizing balance and inner harmony. In the class, I will guide participants through practices aimed at strengthening the body and restoring balance to the mind, using classical yoga as a tool to improve daily life.
The Instructor
Nadav is a graduate of the Sivananda Yoga Teachers Training Course (TTC) in 2017, and has been teaching yoga since then.
