Gentle yoga is not necessarily easy or difficult. Its goal is to create a connection between the body and mind, emphasizing balance and inner harmony. In the class, I will guide participants through practices aimed at strengthening the body and restoring balance to the mind, using classical yoga as a tool to improve daily life.
I've been captivated by yoga's unique approach to exploring the mind-body connection since my first class in 2003. My personal journey with sports injuries revealed yoga's profound healing and restorative potential.
In 2017, I deepened my practice by completing the Sivananda Yoga Teacher Training Course (TTC) and have been sharing yoga's transformative benefits through regular teaching ever since.
