Offering Gentle Yoga classes every Monday 7PM at Temple Beth Abraham in Oakland. These classes are open to everyone, regardless of experience level. Come and join.
Please plan to arrive at least 5 minutes early, so we can start on time.
The class will last one hour.
The class is offered with a suggested donation of $5.
What to Bring?
What to Bring?
Simplicity is at the core of classical yoga. Here’s what you need:
A yoga mat
A light blanket (optional, but might be helpful)
A sitting pillow (optional, but some people find it beneficial)
There’s no need to bring gear such as blocks, straps, or other fitness equipment. Most people find that water bottles are not required since it’s not a "hot room" workout.
